This here, my inaugural blog post, may not be the most original or entertaining post ever, but is primarily designed to have something there when I look at this page (makes me happier that way). Since I'm no longer under the employ of a certain company whose name starts with Sun and ends with Microsystems, it appears that my blog with them that nobody ever read no longer exists... Don't worry, those of you who know me, I'm still gonna be a huge corporate whore, they're just not paying me for it anymore.
That said -- I'm starting off on a new leaf. This here blog shall be the turning point in my online life, you'll see. That or at least a semi-entertaining diversion from my studies/work term report/life in general, which is the next best thing, I suppose.
From time to time, I'll update this blog with interesting, amusing and nerdy things I find on the Interweb, starting with this: a list of things that took less time to develop/happen than Duke Nukem Whenever has been in production. I remember looking forward to this game back in 1997 or so... then forgot about it, and every once in a while am reminded that it's still in development. I swear the developers must not be working on it at all and they just keep mentioning it about once a year or so as a running joke.
Anyways, as I was up at 5:00 AM this morning, I'm naturally somewhat sleepy and will therefore bid you adieu.

Yes indeedy, I suddenly started missing blogging, so now I get to make a new blog nobody'll read :D.
